A 22-year-old Shilo man has been returned to the Marion County Jail via prisoner

A 22-year-old Shilo man has been returned to the Marion County Jail via prisoner transport on an outstanding Marion County felony warrant on a petition to revoke his probation on a felony resisting arrest conviction. Kheandre Hatchett is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Two others were returned by prisoner transport on outstanding warrants. 53-year-old Matthew Townsend of Lockport, IL was returned on a warrant for violation of bail bond, domestic battery, and felony criminal trespass to a residence. Bond is set at $100,000. 55-year-old Bobby Ashford of Rochester, New York was arrested on a felony warrant to revoke his probation on a possession of controlled substance charge. Bond is set at $10,000.

Marion County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 44-year-old Brian Hartnell of Range Road in Sandoval on a warrant for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of meth. He was taken to the Marion County Jail in lieu of a $75,000 bond.

44-year-old Cheryl Foster of Franklin Street in Carlyle was arrested by Marion County Sheriff's Deputies on a petition to revoke his probation on a possession of controlled substance charge. Bond is set at $15,000.

Wamac Police arrested 30-year-old Keena Ruckman of Chicago Avenue in Wamac on a Marion County traffic warrant. Bond is set at $3,000.

48-year-old Tonya Pannell of Hester Street in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for violation of bail bond and taken to the Marion County Jail.

37-year-old Jessie Miesel of Cartter Road in Kell was arrested by Salem Police for DUI and possession of adult-use cannabis.

29-year-old James Bland of North Cherry in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for driving under the influence, no valid driver's license, and no insurance. He was taken to the Marion County Jail but later released on a notice to appear.

42-year-old Robert Roth of North 5th Street in Ashley was arrested by Iuka Police on an outstanding Clay County Small Claims warrant.
